THE CHALLENGE
We quickly realised that if we wished to achieve our project goals that we would need to create a bridge between the current financial world and the crypto world.
A bridge besides the non-regulated exchanges, allowing not only private individuals and early adaptors in the financial world, but also the more traditional institutional investors to enter the vast possibilities of the crypto world. Entering under the rules and regulations, under the protection of financial authorities, they are subject to.
With this realisation we also understood that it would be an unprecedented undertaking that has never been done before. It would require a very conservative, risk-adverse and traditional market to step out of the comfort zone and start thinking out of the box.
We realised that this can only be done with the right people and partners. We found the right partners in Habsburg Advisory Trust and Gamma Financials A.G. who understood our project and the goals we wished to achieve, who understood the importance and instantly loved it and committed to it.
Relentlessly we have been working on a solution for months on end and more than once needed to go back to the drawing table, endured setbacks, and many difficulties but in the end, we persevered. The first bridge is a fact, it has been built.
Actively Managed Certificates (AMC)
Actively Managed Certificates (AMC) are structured products that pursue a dynamic approach and allow Gamma Financials A.G. to actively manage the investment strategy.
AMC have become more and more popular these past few years. They combine the advantages of regulated structured products with features that allow flexible adjustments of the components within the underlying structure. This provides Gamma Financials A.G. with more tools to protect the interests of the investors, as that is the first and utmost important priority, while working towards the investment strategy goals.
International Securities Identification Number (ISIN)
An International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) is a 12-digit alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies a specific security.
ISIN codes have a total of 12 characters that consist of both letters and numbers. These include the country in which the issuing company is headquartered (first two digits), along with a number specific to the security (middle nine digits), and a final character, which acts as a check.
